Flights London Heathrow to Bucharest.
**Please note the Local Payment is part of the Holiday Cost and payable to the Mango co-ordinator on arrival in resort. We have to make some payments in cash in resort and collecting this part of the holiday cost in this way enables us to keep our prices down.
Price includes: flights from London Heathrow to Bucharest, 7 nights full board accommodation, transfers, ski, boot and pole hire, ski tuition (4 hours per day), a visit to Dracula's Castle at Bran and a visit to nearby Brasov, a pretty medieval town and the services of a Mango co-ordinator.
Extras: Drinks. Lift passes during lessons cost approx £30 per person.
Deposits: The deposit required at the time of booking is 50% of the total holiday cost. The final balance will be due by the 12th December 2010. (We do accept payments in installments).
We are repeating this very popular ski holiday to Romania. Our resort, Predeal in Transylvania, Romania is geared up especially for children. Predeal is the highest ski resort in Romania (1033m) but one of the quieter resorts. There are 6 ski runs accessed by a chairlift, two button lifts and a drag lift. This destination is ideal for beginners and improvers. Those of you with more experience might want to visit the nearby resorts of Busteni, Sinaia and Poiana Brasov. You can visit the fairy tale castle at Sinaia and we include a visit to Dracula's castle at Bran and nearby Brasov a pretty medieval town.

Our Accommodation
We will be staying in the ski lodge based right next to the nursery slopes. All the rooms are en suite, clean and cheerful and have balconies. The rooms are twin, 3 or 4 bed. We have use of sledges and a great games room. There is also a skating rink next door to the hotel (only open weather permitting). Included in your cost is a is the visit to Dracula's Castle at Bran and a visit to nearby Brasov, a pretty medieval town is nearby and certainly worth the trip.
We can also experience a Romanian evening in a nearby villa once the private holiday villa of Ceausescu, this now operates as a folklore restaurant or we can visit one of the other local restaurants.
I would like to add that Maisie and I had a fantastic time last week. It exceeded all expectations and that was due to the quality of adult and child company. It was possibly the least stressful holiday I have had with Maisie (and there have been a few!).
The lack of sleep (and sambucas) are taking their toll this week but I think that is the sign of a good holiday.

We both loved the skiing, and the great company, Christabel is missing all her new friends, she woke up this morning saying she had a brilliant dream, she was back in Romania having fun running amok with all the other children.
We all eat together
Each evening we meet up in the bar before dinner so that we can all go into dinner together. We eat each evening in the hotel.

Each morning after breakfast the co-ordinator will meet up with the group.
